Loamly
AI recommendation intelligence
THE INNOVATION LAB — EST. 2025
Where code meets curiosity. Documenting the process of building at the intersection of machine logic and human creativity.

AI recommendation intelligence
Loamly is AI recommendation intelligence, the layer that shows companies why ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity recommend them or their competitors, and what to change about it. Everything this site preaches about being legible to AI answer engines, Loamly turns into a product. It sits in this archive because the work is real and ships; the specifics belong to Loamly.

The lab, entered into its own catalog.
The site you are reading, entered into its own catalog. The public half is a server-rendered archive: shipped projects, essays in two languages, and a graveyard that keeps the failures on the record. The private half is the engine: an AI ideation partner that develops one-liners into projects, a composer that writes the Log in my voice, and a capture inbox that swallows ideas, quotes, and comedy bits from anywhere, then routes them back into this catalog. It is the only project here that will never be finished, because every other project keeps demanding features from it.

AI-native reflection app.
A structured journaling tool powered by AI that helps users explore thoughts, track emotional patterns, and build self-awareness through guided reflection prompts.

A craftsman's work, finally online
My father has designed jewellery for years without a website to call his own. Rather than bending a generic platform to fit his vision, we built one around it: his domain, his catalogue, his own admin panel to run it all. A small, personal build for a craftsman and the people who love his work. Proof that custom no longer means complicated.

Cost estimation and analysis tool.
A cost modelling and estimation tool for project planning — helping teams break down costs, compare scenarios, and track budget performance.
Every experiment starts with a question.
