A B2B2C platform that turns squash and padel courts into recordable studios: clubs install a court-configurable camera kit, players pay per session to watch and export their matches, and clubs take a cut plus a retention story. The first hook is simple ("watch yourself play"), with coach annotation and AI movement analysis layered on later as the footage data accumulates. Squash is the proof of concept, padel is the scale story, and the software stays sport-agnostic while only the mounting template changes per court.
