The model is clean: a club licenses its badge and colours and takes a royalty per unit, while 0xCM handles design, production, and sales. Servette FC in Geneva is the first target partner, chosen because it is local, has a passionate fan base, and is small enough to actually get in a room with. The founder is the first customer, which is the point.
